We can help with overcoming these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing with the assistance of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Individuals on the Autism Spectrum may experience difficulty with emotional regulation and identifying/understanding/communicating their emotions. While working as a manager of a grouphome, specific skills were acquired while I supported this population. With experience in Applied Behavorial Analysis (ABA) therapy, my therapeutic approach adds a unique flair to doing therapy with this versatile population.

This service will provide consultation for parents to get support in certain areas of adolescent parenting. We will be able to cover communication, de-escalation, support with parenting a teen with SI/self-harm, trauma, anxiety/depression and neurodiversity (mainly Autism Spectrum Disorder).
